So I decided to start this blog to help me keep up with my training for the obstacle course I am running on April 30th. If I do this and exercise I will be damn happy. Well lets see I went and speed walked/jogged 2 miles today. I say it was a combo b/c my sister is doing this thing with me and she is about 3 inches taller then me and its all in the legs. So her strides are longer and I am doing double time. Then where we decided to go walking was pretty dark minus all the cars driving by. Well the track is muddy so ya I am slipping and sliding all over the place. Another thing that sucks is my sports bras are all getting too big with me losing weight. So that means very little support for my girls. I have decided to invest in ace bandages and duct tape to keep them all nice and bound. I mean seriously the damn things were sorer then anything else on my body. It was like someone used them as punching bags. I am gonna die the day the course is ran. I plan to strap my girls down really well. The course is 3.5 miles long and has 20 obstacles. I want to be able to run 5 miles straight carry small weights. Maybe 5 pounders. I tell everyone that I am going to be in the first wave of runners that way I can at least finish with the last wave of runners. Well I am winding down for today gonna go find something to take to ease the soreness.
